Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas sweet friends! Through all of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, I hope you will all take the time to be present in the lives that matter most to you and remember the greatest gift ever received.

Sitting Quietly

As a senior in college, life has many worries... especially worries about the future. Jesus Calling is my favorite daily devotional. I have had it for years and even though the daily devotions repeat year after year, I feel that they continually speak differently to me. Lately, the devotions about worrying or trying to plan for the future have been hitting home. The devotion below really spoke to my heart and I wanted to share it. Maybe some of y'all are also struggling with worrying about the future ahead. 

"For I know the plans I have for you,”declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
